We offer shipping via USPS within the United States (international shipping is $30 flat). 

Return any in-stock, non-made-to-order St. Frimpong piece in its original condition within 15 days… no questions asked.

We want you to be happy with us and our products, and if you’re ever not satisfied, we’ll do anything we can to make it right.

Shipping Policy

St. Frimpong offers ground shipping via USPS within the United States (international shipping is $30 flat). We ship all orders within 6 day, and you should receive it within 6 days of shipping. Any orders completed on Saturday or Sunday will go out on Monday.

If applicable, we will provide you a tracking number so you can watch as your package approaches you.

Return Policy

We know you’ll love the garments and accessories you purchase from St. Frimpong, but if for any reason you need to return or exchange a piece you purchased, St. Frimpong will gladly accept any returns and exchanges of unused, original-condition items within 15 days.

Returns

If returning, your return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

To initiate a return, email info@stfrimpong.com with RETURN in the subject line. We will email you a return label you can affix to your package so it’s ready for shipping. Once we receive your package we will initiate the refund.

Exchanges

If exchanging items, you’ll have to cover shipping costs for the exchanged item, but we will ship out your replacement item for free.

To initiate an exchange, email info@stfrimpong.com with EXCHANGE in the subject line. In the email, tell us which piece you are sending in for an exchange, and indicate the size and model of the garment you want. 

In case we are out of stock, we will let you know and will offer alternative options.
